Description
As a Partner Operations Manager at our company, your role will involve being the primary point of contact for Partner-facing licensing solutions. You will need to be a subject matter expert in Volume Licensing concepts and processes, providing direct transactional support for Partners Field sellers and their customers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage validation and execution of agreements and post-sales lifecycle transactions for accurate downstream financial processes - Maintain critical deal lists on a monthly and quarterly basis in alignment with sales expectations - Ensure accurate and compliant order and invoice approval and dispatch for maximized cash flow - Orchestrate Finance exception approvals on high-value credits and execute all associated rebills - Act as the primary contact for all operational Partner service inquiries, concerns, and issues - Oversee Partner service team operations to maintain quality standards - Monitor Partner service metrics and KPIs for identifying areas of improvement and implementing performance-boosting strategies - Handle escalated Partner service issues and complaints efficiently - Collaborate with other departments to resolve Partner issues and ensure a positive customer experience - Develop and implement processes and procedures for streamlining Partner service operations - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the level of service provided by the Partner service team - Generate reports on Partner service metrics and activity for senior leader consumption and monthly business reviews - Drive consistency in processes, capabilities, and services to meet performance expectations - Provide operational solutions across a portfolio of accounts as a trusted advisor for Partners and internal clients **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Finance, or related field with work experience in operations, program management, or process management - Minimum of 4 years of experience in contracting & order management, pipeline management, & billing execution focusing on financial accuracy, compliance, and risk management - Expertise in contract validation, pipeline management, credit approval, and billing management with strong capabilities in Partner service, stakeholder engagement, process optimization, and operations excellence - Data-driven decision-making skills using KPIs to monitor performance and acting as a trusted advisor to internal and external Partners - On-site presence required a minimum of 3 days/week with a fluent command of English proficiency in verbal & written communication **Preferred Qualifications:** - 2+ years of experience in Partner service operations, managing escalations, improving service metrics, & implementing process improvements - Experience with Business Value deal constructions in a similar industry - Familiarity with licensing concepts, including contracts, quotes, and invoices, as well as evaluation and review of complex proposals, agreements, and amendments - Direct support experience for Volume Licensing sales and support life cycle This role requires a deep understanding of Partner operations, financial processes, and a proactive approach towards enhancing Partner service and operational efficiency.,
