Procurement Manager Interior Design

We’re Hiring: Procurement Manager | Onsite – Pune

Spazioliv is seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee and manage all vendor sourcing, negotiations, and purchasing processes. This role is critical to ensuring cost efficiency, quality materials, and timely procurement for our design projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage vendor relationships to ensure reliability and quality.
• Handle Purchase Orders (POs), vendor contracts, and payment tracking.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Evaluate and onboard new suppliers to strengthen procurement network.
• Maintain detailed records of procurement activities, vendor performance, and cost analysis.
• Collaborate with finance & operations to ensure compliance and smooth workflow.
• Generate monthly procurement reports and contribute to quarterly business reviews.
• Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and standards.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of proven experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain.
• IMMEDIATE JOINING ( 1 WEEK )
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Experience with purchase planning, costing, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of PO systems, vendor contracts, and payment cycles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/Procurement software.
• Qualification: Graduate/MBA in Supply Chain/Procurement/Operations preferred.
