Hiring: Procurement Manager Location: Hyderabad Industry: Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Salary: Up to ₹50,000/month Send your CV to: jobs@getnaukri.co.in Role Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Procurement Manager to oversee and manage the procurement of goods and services for our fast-paced QSR operations in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for ensuring the availability of quality supplies at competitive prices while maintaining strong vendor relationships. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost and quality Source, negotiate, and finalize contracts with suppliers and vendors Manage inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of raw materials Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards Collaborate with kitchen and operations teams to forecast demand Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory Streamline procurement processes to enhance operational efficiency Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field 3+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in the F&B or QSR industry Strong negotiation and communication skills Knowledge of inventory software and procurement systems Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Food provided Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
