Upon lead conversion, prepare the final PDF of client requirements and review it with the designer. Initiate the preliminary design concept. Accompany the designer and site engineer for site measurements, then draft the final AutoCAD drawings based on these measurements and discuss them with the designer. Develop furniture layouts after receiving knowledge transfer (KT) on design standards and circulation from the designer, supplemented by independent research. Create the initial 2D draft to be handed over to the 3D visualizer, following the designer’s references, and obtain the designer’s approval on this first draft. After design approvals for each phase, produce the 3D presentations as directed by the designer for client submission. Once designs are approved, conduct a second site measurement with the site engineer and designer, then begin production drawings as instructed, ensuring full KT from the designer. Visit the site weekly with the assigned designer to review core materials and finishes, address any additional site details, prepare minutes of meetings (M.O.M), and update drawings as needed in consultation with the designer.
