Job Summary

Required skills:

• Architects with experience of minimum 3 years
• Must have knowledge in Design development and architectural drawings.
• Must possess knowledge on Softwares like MS-Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop.
• Should have fluency in English, Hindi and Telugu.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Preliminary site visit with the operational head if necessary.
• Discussing with the design head and assigning the designer for respective lead.
• Explaining the concept to the lead.
• Allocation of the interns according to the phases to projects and taking final approval from design head about the same.
• Design discussion with designer and getting approval from design head and Managing Director.
• International selections with the client and the designer for certain projects.
• Checking of first cut 2D developed by the designer during the design phase.
• Checking the concept after the designer has checked it.
• Checking of 3D presentation before it is sent out to the external group.
• Discussion regarding site doubts with designer, coming up with the most feasible solution, and discussing with design head, procurement, and execution heads.
• Checking of samples received for the site with Design Head.
• Cross-checking the final estimates before going to the procurement team.
• Tracking of all design timelines (including selections, production drawing timeline), updating all project statuses, and managing timeline issues with design head and designers.
• Researching various magazines and publications, approving mail content to reach out to them, and discussing this with Managing Director.
• Possessing knowledge of essential software like MS-Office, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.
