Procurement Manager

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to manage procurement activities for our civil infrastructure and interior projects. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services, maintain strong vendor relationships, and support project delivery in alignment with quality standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies specific to civil infrastructure and interior projects.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency.
• Prepare purchase orders and contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams, architects, engineers, and site managers to understand material and service requirements.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring availability of critical materials to avoid project delays.
• Evaluate supplier performance through regular assessments and maintain an approved supplier database.
• Analyze market trends and pricing to optimize procurement decisions and identify cost- saving opportunities.
• Oversee logistics and delivery schedules, resolving any discrepancies or delays.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data for reporting and audits.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and sustainability standards throughout the procurement process.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10 Plus years of experience in procurement, preferably in civil infrastructure and interior project environments.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, interior design products, and related services.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office suite.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
