Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality and timelines. Manage purchase orders, coordinate deliveries, and ensure compliance with project schedules. Collaborate with design, project management, and finance teams to plan material requirements. Track and analyze key functional metrics to improve efficiency and reduce procurement costs. Mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions and maintain healthy vendor relationships. Ensure adherence to company policies, terms of engagement, and statutory compliance. Maintain a vendor database with performance reviews and develop long-term partnerships. Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives. Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors across India for materials, fixtures, furnishings, and turnkey requirements.
