Experience Required: Minimum 7-10 years’ experience as Procurement Manager in Hotel/Hospitality Industry or related industries.

With an outlook for excellence and growth, we are looking for a Procurement Manager to join our dynamic team and drive efficiency in our procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Procurement to Pay (End to End).
• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing wastage and ensuring timely availability of supplies.
• Manage supplier relationships, including selection, evaluation, and negotiation of contracts.
• Monitor market trends, prices, and conditions to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Lead a team of Procurement Executives and ensure smooth procurement of items.
• Review and process purchase orders.Maintains records of goods ordered and received.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as logistics and production, to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the food supply or hospitality or related industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Hands on experience of working with Tally and excel. Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of food safety standards and supply chain best practices.
• Leadership abilities and a knack for building lasting supplier partnerships.

Salary Package: 3-6 Lakhs per annum
