Procurement Manager

(1) MRO Procurement

• Identification of high-value products and new categories for rate agreements.

• Coordination with business units to secure long-term savings.

• Identification, screening, and selection of supplier partners.

• Facilitating technical engagements, trials, and sample approvals with potential partners.

• Leading commercial engagements, finalization of contracts, and onboarding of new suppliers.

• Addressing supplier or user-team concerns during execution.

• Renewal of ongoing rate agreements within validity.

• Collecting and validating consumption projections from Procurement, Engineering, and Unit Heads; consolidating and analyzing spending.

• Engaging suppliers for commercial finalization and approvals, processing LOIs/Rate Agreements.

• Periodic monitoring of supplier performance and gathering performance feedback of incumbent suppliers.

• Developing alternative products/suppliers where current performance is unsatisfactory.

• Scaling up successful pilot trials to gradually replace incumbent suppliers.

• Analyzing SAP data to identify categories with potential for centralized finalization.

(2) CAPEX Procurement

• Engaging with CAPEX budgeting team to seek and obtain annual CAPEX plan.

• Identifying CAPEX proposals (above threshold) for centralized finalization.

• Facilitating technical engagements with potential partners, project engineering teams, and unit teams.

• Leading commercial engagements, contract finalization, and processing approvals/LOIs/POs.

• Monitoring supplier and product performance post-contract.
