Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-Time Reporting To: Director / Managing Partner Industry: Luxury Real Estate, Architecture & Interior Design About Us: We are a high-end luxury home design and build firm delivering premium residential spaces with exceptional attention to detail, aesthetic value, and functionality. Our operations include custom architecture, interior design, and construction—requiring careful coordination with a wide range of local suppliers, contractors, and material vendors. Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to lead all domestic procurement activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction or interior procurement and will be responsible for sourcing high-quality materials locally, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring on-time deliveries to support our project timelines. Key Responsibilities: Vendor & Supplier Management Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable domestic suppliers and contractors. Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing vendors across categories like tiles, electricals, plumbing, furniture, lighting, etc. Regularly assess vendor performance based on quality, pricing, and delivery timelines. Local Sourcing Source premium-quality materials that align with project design specifications. Stay updated with local market trends to identify better options for pricing or quality. Order & Delivery Coordination Manage purchase orders from requirement to delivery. Track lead times and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely site delivery. Address and resolve issues related to delays, defects, or order mismatches. Cost Control & Budget Adherence Compare vendor quotations and negotiate pricing to maintain project profitability. Work closely with project and site teams to avoid wastage or over-ordering. Maintain procurement cost trackers for ongoing projects. Project Support Collaborate with design and project execution teams to anticipate procurement needs. Maintain proper communication with the site teams for demand planning and material logistics. Documentation & Compliance Ensure all procurement documentation is properly recorded. Verify supplier bills, quality, and quantities before forwarding to accounts for payment. Maintain transparency and traceability in all purchase transactions. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Business Administration, or equivalent. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement for construction, interiors, or real estate. Strong negotiation, vendor management, and organizational skills. Good understanding of interior and construction materials. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and procurement workflows. Knowledge of Tally, Zoho, or other procurement/ERP tools is an added advantage. Language: Fluency in English and Hindi (regional language proficiency is a plus). Preferred Attributes: High sense of accountability and ownership. Detail-oriented with a structured approach to planning. Ability to handle multiple projects and vendors simultaneously. Proactive, solution-driven mindset. Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience and performance. Incentives/Bonuses based on project savings and delivery performance.
