Procurement Manager

About the Role

We are a fast-growing health tech company seeking an experienced Procurement Manager with strong expertise in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving cost-effective sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for pharma & healthcare needs.
• Identify, onboard, and manage reliable suppliers/vendors.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to optimize cost and quality.
• Ensure compliance with pharma procurement standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for demand forecasting and planning.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Pharma/Business (MBA preferred).
• Strong vendor management, negotiation, and compliance knowledge.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
