Manager Procurement

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with hospital requirements and budgets.
  • Negotiate with vendors for best pricing, quality, and timely deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, statutory regulations, and quality standards.
  • Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and performance reviews.
  • Optimize procurement processes, adopt ERP systems, and drive cost savings.
  • Collaborate with clinical, pharmacy, finance, and admin teams for seamless operations.
  • Lead and mentor the procurement team for efficiency and performance.

Qualifications

  • 7-12 years of procurement experience, preferably in the healthcare sector
  • Strong ERP/WMS knowledge and vendor negotiation skills
