Job Description

Manager Procurement

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with hospital requirements and budgets.
Negotiate with vendors for best pricing, quality, and timely deliveries.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, statutory regulations, and quality standards.
Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and performance reviews.
Optimize procurement processes, adopt ERP systems, and drive cost savings.
Collaborate with clinical, pharmacy, finance, and admin teams for seamless operations.
Lead and mentor the procurement team for efficiency and performance.

Qualifications

7-12 years of procurement experience, preferably in the healthcare sector
Strong ERP/WMS knowledge and vendor negotiation skills
