Job Description

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing the company's operations & ensuring cost-effective procurement of goods & services. This role involves developing procurement strategies, negotiating with vendors, managing supplier relationships & ensuring timely availability of quality materials while complying with company policies & industry standards. FMCG industry preferred only.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop & implement effective procurement strategies to ensure cost efficiency & quality.
  • Identify, evaluate & select reliable suppliers to secure the best value.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms & pricing with suppliers & vendors.
  • Monitor & track procurement activities, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement needs wit business goals.
  • Oversee inventory levels & ensure timely availability of required goods & services.
  • Prepare reports on procurement performance, budgets & forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, ethical & sustainability standards in procurement practices.
