Procurement & Inventory Manager Location: Pandikkad, Malappuram(On-site) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role We are looking for a responsible and proactive Procurement & Inventory Manager to manage daily inventory operations, vendor sourcing, purchase planning, and timely stock flow across marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart & D2C Sites warehouse systems. Key Responsibilities Plan and maintain inventory levels to avoid stock-outs and overstock Manage purchase orders, vendor communication & procurement scheduling Track shipments, delivery timelines & follow-ups with suppliers Monitor stock movement — FBA, warehouse & marketplace inventory Analyse sales trends and forecast inventory requirements Maintain SKU-wise stock sheet, reorder plan & inventory reports Coordinate with logistics partners for shipments and inbounding Manage packaging material stock & procurement Work closely with operations & finance for invoicing and payments Skills Required Good understanding of procurement processes Inventory & supply chain knowledge MS Excel / Google Sheets proficiency Vendor negotiation & communication skills Time-management & attention to detail Ability to handle fast-moving e-commerce environment Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (Commerce/Business/Engineering preferred) Experience in inventory/procurement/supply chain/eCommerce (preferred) Freshers with strong skills & willingness to learn can also apply Benefits Paid sick leave Paid time off Career growth in eCommerce operations & supply chain Training & performance-based career advancement Education Bachelor’s (Preferred) Work Location In-person – Pandikkad, Malappuram region How to Apply Send your resume to: hr@filanteglobal.com Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
