Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for both Care Home and Care at Home operations. This role will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing Medcare products, as well as handling administrative and facility-related procurement, ensuring timely delivery, cost-efficiency, and quality compliance. Prepare & review the comparative statements based on the quotes for go ahead approval form all heads PO/WO/LOI. Managing all housekeeping staff /Nursing Staff (Outsource Manpower) facility services of corporate office and centralized. Evaluation of quotations, Negotiation and finalizing the Rate contracts for cost effective & Quality formulary preparation with better margin. Knowledge of Claude base Software (Zoho/WMS Unicommerce/Farvision ERP System) Establish and update an approved vendor/supplier database. Vendor Onboarding process. Maintain data set of all the approved prices as a master record and keep track of changes in prices on a real-time basis Build and maintain long-term relationships with critical suppliers and service providers. Coordinate with all department for timely resolve any open PO/ Indents Pos. Strong Knowledge of AMC /CMC of all type of Medical/ Kitchen/Office appliances & equipment's. Source and procure Med care products (e.g. consumables, medical supplies, equipment) for Care Home and Care at Home operations. Handle administrative and facility-related purchases such as office supplies, housekeeping materials, and utilities. Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, lead times, and product availability. Evaluate supplier performance and maintain and approved supplier list. Process purchase requisitions and generate purchase orders in the system. Track orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve supply-related issues as they arise. Maintain accurate records of all procurement-related documentation. Work closely with the nursing, admin, and operations teams to understand procurement needs. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and regulatory standards. Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure competitive pricing. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or a related field. 58 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the healthcare or service industry. Familiarity with medical products and consumables is preferred. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Proficient in MS Office and procurement software.
