Key Responsibilities:

Lead the
complete SCM function
including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution
Manage
pharmacy operations
ensuring availability, quality, and compliance of drugs and consumables
Develop and maintain
vendor relationships
, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely procurement
Ensure
regulatory compliance
with drug laws, NABH, and other healthcare standards
Monitor
inventory levels
, expiry tracking, and stock audits to minimize wastage
Implement and optimize
ERP/HIS systems
for supply chain visibility and control
Collaborate with finance, clinical, and operations teams to align procurement with hospital needs
Drive
cost-saving initiatives
through effective planning, forecasting, and vendor negotiation
Ensure cold chain compliance and proper storage for temperature-sensitive drugs
Lead a team of purchase officers, pharmacists, and warehouse staff; foster a culture of accountability and performance
