Procurement Head

The position of Head of Procurement at 4K Sports Infra Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad requires a qualified individual with at least 6-10 years of experience in procurement, preferably in sports infrastructure, construction, or related industries. As the Head of Procurement, you will report directly to the Director and be responsible for various key aspects of procurement and vendor management. Your responsibilities will include evaluating and verifying Bills of Materials (BOM), sourcing and finalizing vendor contracts and pricing agreements, preparing and issuing Purchase Orders (POs) and Work Orders (WOs, and monitoring material procurement timelines to prevent project delays. You will also be tasked with evaluating vendor performance, approving bills submitted by vendors and contractors, overseeing material distribution to project sites, coordinating with transporters for timely dispatches, and maintaining accurate procurement records and adherence to policies. To excel in this role, you must possess strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes, proficiency in evaluating BOMs and vendor bills, excellent negotiation and communication skills, experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and ideally, knowledge of the sports infrastructure or construction industry. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required, with an MBA being preferred.
