Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for solar projects including solar modules, inverters, mounting structures, BOS materials, and related accessories.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers for solar products and services.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines to optimize costs and ensure quality.
• Ensure timely availability of materials in line with project requirements.
• Collaborate with project, engineering, and accounts teams for smooth execution.
• Prepare purchase orders, agreements, and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate timely replenishment to avoid project delays.
• Stay updated with industry trends, government policies, and technological advancements in solar procurement.
• Ensure compliance with Streamindus Solar’s quality standards and company procurement policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in Engineering / Supply Chain / Commerce (MBA in Supply Chain/Operations preferred).
• 2–4 years of procurement experience, preferably in

  solar or renewable energy sector

  .
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of solar project materials, technical specifications, and market pricing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP tools, and procurement software.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight timelines.
