Job Summary:

The Procurement Executive is responsible for purchasing medical, laboratory, and office supplies required for smooth operations of the diagnostic centre. The role ensures timely availability of quality materials at the best cost.

Key Responsibilities:

• Purchase lab consumables, reagents, medical equipment, and office supplies
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, and delivery schedules
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase records
• Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid operational delays
• Verify received materials against purchase orders and invoices
• Maintain vendor details and develop new suppliers when required
• Monitor stock levels and inform management for reordering
• Ensure compliance with company policies and basic quality standards

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of procurement and vendor coordination
• Familiarity with medical or diagnostic supplies preferred
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, ERP/HR software)
• Attention to detail and record-keeping skills

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate / Diploma in any discipline
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement (healthcare/diagnostic preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
