Procurement Executive

of Role Summary

We need a Procurement Executive to manage buying of tiles and other construction materials, coordinate showroom visits, and handle vendor onboarding and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Get quotes from vendors/showrooms and finalize best price + quality.
• Negotiate rates, delivery timelines, and return/replacement terms.
• Coordinate tile showroom visits and confirm selections (SKU, size, quantity).
• Create PO/requirements sheet and track delivery status.
• Onboard new vendors and maintain vendor details (price list, GST, contacts).
• Handle issues like delay, damage, wrong material, returns.
• Update trackers in Google Sheets and share daily status with the team.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in procurement/buying/vendor coordination (construction is a plus).
• Good negotiation + follow-up skills.
• Comfortable visiting showrooms/vendors.
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
• Malayalam + English communication preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹29,705.41 per month
