Job Type: Full-time

Timings: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM


About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Assistant with strong knowledge of interior-related materials to join our team. The candidate will work closely with interior designers and project teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality procurement for interior projects and other organizational needs.


Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with interior designers and site supervisors to understand project requirements.

·        Create a stage-wise procurement plan based on site progress.

·        Source quotations from 4–5 vendors, evaluate and negotiate to secure the best quality and pricing.

·        Arrange samples for approvals, finalize materials, and estimate quantities accurately.

·        Place purchase orders and coordinate with vendors, logistics, and site supervisors for timely deliveries.

·        On receipt of materials, inspect quality, verify delivery challans & invoices, and ensure rates match approvals.

·        Process invoices for payment with the accounts team.

·        Build and maintain strong vendor relationships while ensuring cost optimization and timely delivery.

·        Ensure procurement is carried out with honesty, transparency, and integrity at all times.


Required Skills & Knowledge:

·        3–4 years of procurement experience in the field of INTERIORS.

·        Strong knowledge of interior materials, such as:

·        Electrical cables, CAT 6 cables, ply, laminates, hardware, cement sheets, tiles, chemicals, POP, gypsum, paints, polish, PU, modular furniture, wood, glass & aluminum sections, marble, air conditioners (VRV/Non-VRV), IT devices, etc.

·        Good understanding of vendor management, quotation comparison, and negotiation.

·        Good coordination and communication skills with designers, vendors, and site teams

·        Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and basic documentation.

·        Strong negotiation, planning, and time management skills.
