We are expanding our operations and are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Procurement / Sourcing Executive to strengthen our supply chain and vendor network.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Development & Management

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure consistent quality and reliability.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize cost and efficiency.

Procurement Operations

• Prepare purchase orders and manage procurement cycles end-to-end.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely material availability for production.
• Maintain accurate purchase records, invoices, and documentation.

Cost & Quality Optimization

• Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Quality team to ensure materials meet required standards.
• Support new vendor development and alternate sourcing strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Production, R&D, and Finance teams for smooth procurement planning.
• Coordinate logistics and follow-ups with suppliers for on-time delivery.

Reporting & Compliance

• Maintain procurement MIS, dashboards, and cost analysis reports.
• Ensure all sourcing activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management (preferably in FMCG / manufacturing).
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP tools.
• High attention to detail and a solution-driven approach.
