Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services. You will play a vital role in optimizing procurement processes, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring inventory levels meet organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, evaluate, and select vendors based on price, quality, service, and reliability.
Process purchase orders and requisitions in line with company procurement policies.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with suppliers.
Maintain and update supplier database and procurement records.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability.
Collaborate with internal departments to understand material requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.
Track order status and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
Evaluate supplier performance and address any quality or delivery issues.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and cost benchmarks.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal controls, legal regulations, and audit requirements.
Support cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement of procurement processes.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (1–3 years) in a procurement or purchasing role.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems
Knows to write mail
PO making skills
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of supply chain procedures and vendor management best practices
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
