Horster Life Science is a growing pharmaceutical company based in Surat, committed to quality, efficiency, and innovation. We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage purchasing operations across our units and Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials, packaging, and consumables.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective and timely purchases.
Coordinate with production, quality, and accounts teams for requirements and payment follow-ups.
Maintain purchase records, vendor data, and inventory reports.
Ensure on-time delivery and resolve supply or quality issues.
Prepare purchase reports, price comparisons, and vendor performance analysis.
Ensure compliance with company policies and pharma industry standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience (pharma industry preferred).
Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
