JD: Procurement Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Procurement Executive to join our Mumbai team. The ideal candidate will manage procurement operations efficiently, maintain strong vendor relationships, and ensure timely sourcing of materials while keeping cost-effectiveness in mind. Additionally, the candidate will support the launch and management of new hubs, ensuring smooth setup and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and suppliers.
• Manage purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of required materials.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to forecast procurement needs.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
• Assist in developing procurement strategies to optimize cost and efficiency.
• Support new hub launches, including sourcing, vendor coordination, and operational setup.

Requirements:

• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Experience in managing new branch/hub setup will be an added advantage.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
