About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Procurement Executive who can streamline our purchasing processes, maintain clarity on stock movement, and support both planned and ad-hoc procurement needs. This role will play an important part in strengthening vendor relationships, improving cost efficiency, and ensuring smooth supply operations across our kitchens and partner locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for raw materials, packaging, and new product requirements.

• Track daily consumption, in-hand stock, and ensure timely replenishment without over-procurement.

• Coordinate with the Supply Chain and Kitchen teams to understand weekly and daily requirements.

• Verify GRNs, invoices, and stock inward entries with accuracy and ensure no material is received without proper documentation.

• Maintain updated procurement records, Google Sheets, and trackers for complete transparency.

• Source new vendors, negotiate pricing, and identify cost-saving opportunities across categories.

• Ensure quality checks at the time of delivery and raise immediate alerts for mismatches or short supplies.

• Support urgent or ad-hoc procurement requests without compromising process discipline.

• Collaborate with finance for invoice submission, reconciliation, and payment follow-ups.

• Share daily status updates with clear visibility on pending orders, in-transit shipments, and delivery timelines.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain (F&B, HoReCa, or FMCG experience is a plus).

• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.

• Hands-on with Google Sheets/Excel and comfortable maintaining detailed trackers.

• Ability to multitask, stay organised, and work in a fast-moving operational environment.

• A mindset of ownership, integrity, and urgency in execution.
