What would you do? Manages end-to-end PTP operations for assigned scope, ensuring service delivery excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, and continuous process improvements. boosting vendor compliance, cutting savings erosion, improving discount capture using preferred suppliers, and in confirming pricing and terms prior to payment. Responsible for accounting of goods and services, through requisitioning, purchasing and receiving. Also look after order sequence of procurement and financial process end to end. The Accounts Payable Processing team focuses on designing, implementing, managing and supporting accounts payable activities by applying the relevant processes, policies and applications. The team is responsible for timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices, managing purchase and non-purchase orders and two-way and three-way matching of invoices. Design, implement, manage and support accounts payable activities for an organization by applying the relevant processes, policies and applications.
What are we looking for? •Strong leadership and people management skills. •Proven expertise in PTP operations and process optimization. •Experience of handling a team size of 10-15 resources •Excellent stakeholder and vendor relationship management. •Strong analytical, reporting, and decision-making ability.
Roles and Responsibilities: •Oversee and manage multiple PTP teams covering invoice processing, T&E, helpdesk, and payments. •Drive operational governance and ensure SLA/KPI achievement. •Act as key point of contact for internal finance, procurement, and business stakeholders. •Manage process transitions, audits, and compliance. •Identify automation, standardization, and transformation opportunities. •Lead budgeting, resource planning, and capacity management. •Develop and mentor team leads and SMEs for growth
