Hiring: Process Trainer / Quality Analyst

Location:

Key Requirements

Mandatory:
Experience in
International Banking Voice Process
Excellent communication skills (spoken & written)
Strong knowledge of training methodologies and quality frameworks

Eligibility:

Minimum
1+ year experience
as a Process Trainer or Quality Analyst in International BPO (Banking Process)
Proven experience in training new hires

Responsibilities:

Design training curriculum using inputs from Operations & Quality teams
Manage process knowledge and maintain MIS for all training batches
Stay updated with product/process knowledge
Ensure accountability for
030 days batch performance
Attend client-conducted TTT (Train the Trainer) sessions
Conduct PKT (Process Knowledge Tests) and refresher trainings on the floor
Design & develop training content tailored to business needs
Perform monthly Training Need Analysis to identify knowledge gaps and implement refresher plans
Participate in calibration sessions with Trainers, QAs, and Voice Coaches
