Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Design & Facilitation

Design and deliver structured training modules aligned with retail SOPs and business objectives.
Conduct induction covering brand orientation, grooming standards, customer service, and store operations.
Deliver continuous learning sessions on sales effectiveness, VM standards, and seasonal campaigns.

2. Product Knowledge & Customer Experience

Equip staff with in-depth knowledge of fabric, fits, styling, and new collections.
Coach on upselling, cross-selling, and managing objections to enhance conversion.
Reinforce customer-first behaviors to create memorable brand experiences.

3. Store-Level Coaching & Enablement

Conduct regular store visits to assess capability levels and provide hands-on coaching based on identified gaps
Support strongly on new store launches by training store teams on brand systems and protocols/SOPs.

4. Training Evaluation & Reporting

Maintain accurate training documentation, attendance / leave, and feedback records.
Track post-training performance metrics and recommend corrective actions.
Share regular insights and reports with HR stakeholders for clear alignment.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration & Compliance

Coordinate with HR , Area Managers, and Retail Leaders to align training with business priorities.
Ensure all training activities adhere to brand guidelines and operational compliance standards.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
In-depth knowledge of apparel retail, product lifecycle, and shopper behavior
Agility to work across multiple store formats in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and training reporting tools

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate in any discipline (Retail/Fashion background preferred) with 2-5 years of retail training experience (Apparel/Fashion industry preferred)
Certification in Training or L&D is an advantage
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions
