Job Title: Process Trainer Department: Learning & Development (L&D) Qualification: Graduation Location: Sector 19, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon Working Days : 6 days working (Rotational Week-off) Shift timing: Day shift, 9 hours (Generally from 9:30am-6:30pm) Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and dynamic Process Trainers. This role is critical to support our ongoing training needs, ensuring effective onboarding and continuous upskilling of our team members as we expand operations Key Responsibilities Conduct process training for new hires and existing team members. Develop, update, and maintain training content, materials, and assessments. Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and provide actionable feedback. Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) and Operations teams to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Organize and lead employee engagement activities. Actively contribute to the learning culture and organizational growth through innovative training practices. Qualifications/Calibration: Education: Graduate in any discipline. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Process Trainer in a BPO environment. Certification: TTT (Train the Trainer) certified – preferred Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage diverse learners. Proficiency in training tools and platforms is an added advantage.
