Process Trainer

We’re looking for a dynamic Process Trainer who can not only deliver impactful training sessions but also create engaging learning content. If you enjoy simplifying processes, designing clear presentations, and helping teams learn better this role is for you!

Knowledge of Moodle (LMS) will be a strong advantage.

• Conduct onboarding, process, and refresher training sessions for new and existing team members.
• Create and update training content, including PPTs, process guides, and short learning materials.
• Partner with Operations and Quality teams to identify training needs and skill gaps.
• Simplify process updates and make learning engaging and easy to understand.
• Manage training records and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
• (Bonus) Work on Moodle LMS to upload, organize, and track learning modules

• 2–4 years of experience in process training or content creation.
• Strong English communication skills both written and verbal.
• Comfortable with Hindi and at least one South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam).
• Excellent presentation and PPT design skills.
• Creative thinker with an eye for clarity and learner engagement.
• Familiarity with Moodle or other LMS platforms is a plus.
• Experience in fintech or customer service processes preferred.
