Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Hiring for Process Trainer.

Below is the job description:

  1. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and customer handling skills.
  2. The candidate should possess great analytical thinking with logical reasoning ability.
  3. Should possess good presentation skills in both classroom and online setting
  4. The candidate should be a team player and should be able to multitask and manage time bound tasks
  5. The candidate should possess F&A experience with complete knowledge on Order to Cash cycle (AR- Collections)
  6. The candidate should have complete knowledge on below:
    1. What PO, SO and invoices are
    2. How PO and SO are generated and how they will impact collection targets
    3. All possible issues that may prevent invoices from getting paid, to name a few PO issues, Quantity dispute, Pricing dispute, Tax and Discount dispute, Billing dispute, Missing payments, Misapplied payments, Fraudulent transactions etc.
  7. The candidate should have complete knowledge on account and payment reconciliation.
  8. Candidates with knowledge on Oracle, HighRadius and SFDC portal aside basic Microsoft tools is an added advantage.
  9. The candidate should be willing to work in night shifts and should be flexible (shift starts 6:30 pm onwards)
  10. The candidate should possess excellent knowledge in Excel, Word, Powerpoint and other MSOffice tools,
  • Design and deliver training programs for US healthcare clients, focusing on process training, soft skills, product knowledge, customer service, behavioral training, corporate training, retail training, team training, and throughput improvement.
  • Develop customized training materials using TNI (Training Needs Identification) methodology to meet client requirements.
  • Conduct classroom sessions as well as OJT (On-the-Job Training) to ensure effective learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging content that meets industry standards.
  • Provide continuous support to clients during the implementation phase of the project.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-8 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment with a focus on process training or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and ability to design interactive sessions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to train diverse groups effectively.
  • Proficiency in creating presentations using MS Office tools such as PowerPoint or equivalent software.
