Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Process Trainer to join our team in the BPO/Call Centre industry. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 6 years of experience and be based in TELEPERFORMANCE GLOBAL BUSINESS PRIVATE LIMITED.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective training programs for employees.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Create engaging learning materials and presentations.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and results.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Process Trainer or similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
