Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Trainer located in Indore. The Process Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, analyzing training needs, providing new hire onboarding, delivering presentations to improve teams' skills, and ensuring employees are well-equipped to meet organizational objectives. The role also involves regular monitoring and evaluating training outcomes to refine and enhance existing programs.

Qualifications

• Skills in Training Needs Analysis and New Hire Training to support effective onboarding and skill development
• Proficiency in delivering impactful presentations and strong Communication skills to effectively engage with trainees
• Analytical Skills to evaluate training programs and recommend improvements for process optimization
• Ability to adapt and tailor training strategies to meet organizational and employee-specific needs
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant certifications in training and development
• Prior experience in the BPO sector or a similar fast-paced environment is advantageous
