Process Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce accurate and timely documents in accordance with applicable laws and regulations to meet business partner expectations.
• Communicate with plan sponsors, consultants, tax/legal advisors or regulators as needed.
• Identify, analyze and resolve escalated documents issues of sensitive nature.
• Serve as a valuable resource for department members, internal business partners and external clients by providing accurate and timely responses to document related issues.
• Lead or participate in special projects critical to the growth of the business unit and the company.
  

Qualifications

• Identify, interpret and communicate complex legislative, regulatory and compliance issues that affect retirement documents.
• Provide analysis and guidance of retirement document interpretation issues and retirement document design questions.
• Develop document solutions to meet internal and external client needs.
• This position requires a good understanding of business operations/processes and legislative, regulatory and in-house company policy requirements.
• Must have high level of creativity and resourcefulness.
• Requires excellent analytical and problem solving, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Must be a self-starter who can work independently and with people at all job levels.
