Process Specialist

(Only Freshers needed) We are looking for a Process Specialist to join our growing team. The role involves supporting clients in their job search journey—right from identifying suitable job opportunities to creating professional applications and implementing effective job strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify daily job opportunities relevant to clients.Create and format ATS-friendly resumes tailored to specific roles.Draft customized cover letters for different applications.Upload client profiles and applications on the Nokujob platform.Assist clients with job strategy and career guidance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate / Undergraduate with strong communication skills.Excellent writing, research, and organizational skills.Familiarity with ATS requirements (training can be provided).Must have a personal laptop and stable internet connection.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.Needs to know Malayalam and English
