Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Safety Engineer, located in Hyderabad. The Process Safety Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation of chemical processes and manufacturing facilities, conducting hazard and risk assessments, and implementing safety management systems. Key duties include process hazard analysis, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations, and developing strategies for continuous improvement in safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in process hazard analysis, risk assessment, and safety management systems
• Knowledge of chemical process design, equipment safety standards, and industry-specific regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying and mitigating potential safety risks
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information effectively
• Familiarity with environmental compliance and adherence to ESG principles in industrial settings
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Safety Engineering, or a related discipline
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or specialty chemicals industry is preferred
