Role & responsibilities 20+ years of experience in piping stress analysis Perform pipe stress analysis using CAESAR II as per ASME codes and standards. Evaluate calculated stress results, displacements, nozzle and pipe support loads. Perform modal analysis and flange leakage calculations. Conduct analysis of piping systems to assess the effects of thermal expansion, vibration, seismic loads, Blast loads and other external forces. Experience with slug, surge, PSV reaction loads. Select appropriate supports including spring hangers and rigid struts to qualify stresses and nozzle loads. Prepare & review pipe stress reports.
