Your role:
In this role, it's all about enabling our clients to be more effective employers by identifying, defining and assessing their needs. Our service teams make it happen by collaborating with our clients and other key internal stakeholders to ensure that we provide “Everyday Excellence” and improve our client’s experience. (P.S. Did you know that the majority of our customers are not only satisfied, but they'd recommend ADP to someone else?) As a Process Executive, you will be responsible for payroll processing and reports generations for clients under Enterprise Business Segment. Enterprise Business Segment refers to the segment of clients with an employee base of more than 1000.
What You’ll Do
- Review and process client’s payroll transactions efficiently within defined SLA’s.
- Conduct timely and accurate processing of cyclical events including month end, statutory reports and year end related activities.
- Ensure validation of data such as Investments declaration, Form 16s, Tax Returns.
- Ensure ADP performs payroll services based on client requirements while validating that ADP meets required statutory obligations.
- Adhere to ADP’s quality standards, policies & procedures.
- Adhere to maker – checker process, as the reports, inputs and processing done by you will be checked by another assigned associate.
Qualifications You’ll Need
Education: Any commerce or arts graduation
Experience
- At least 2 - 4 years in processing payroll.
- Ability to showcase working knowledge on Excel is expected.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge in PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, LWF and IT is desired.
- Strong mathematical ability and aptitude to learn the payroll software application.
Bonus Points If You Have These
- Possess logical and analytical skills with a flair for numbers.
- Ability to work under time constraints to ensure deadlines are met.
- Having an eye for detail is a plus.
