Process Executive

Job Title: Process Executive – Abroad Education

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Process Executive to manage the end-to-end application and documentation process for students aspiring to study abroad. The ideal candidate should be familiar with international education systems, application procedures, and visa documentation for destinations such as the UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle the complete admission process, including application submission, document verification, offer letter follow-ups.

* Coordinate with universities, students, and internal counselors to ensure smooth processing of applications.

* Maintain updated knowledge of university requirements, intakes, and visa regulations.

* Prepare and review documents for admissions with accuracy.

* Track and update application status using CRM or other internal systems.

* Provide timely updates and support to students throughout the process.

* Liaise with visa teams and other departments to ensure compliance and deadlines are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

* 1–2 years of experience in education consultancy or processing department (preferred).

* Strong understanding of international university application and visa processes.

* Excellent communication and coordination skills.

* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

* Proficiency in **MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools**.

* Ability to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
