Process Executive

Position Overview:
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-friendly Process Executives for our International Voice Process team. If you enjoy talking to people, solving problems, and working in a global environment, this role is perfect for you.

In this role, you will speak with international customers over calls, help resolve their queries, and ensure they have a great experience. Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers
• Understand customer concerns and provide quick, effective solutions
• Share accurate information about products, services, billing, or technical issues
• Maintain polite, professional, and friendly communication at all times
• Record call details and customer interactions in the system
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant team and follow up until resolved
• Meet quality, accuracy, and performance targets

Eligibility & Skills:

• Education: Any graduate (or equivalent qualification)
• Experience: Freshers welcome; up to 2 years of international BPO experience is a plus
• Language Skills: Excellent spoken English
• Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
• Typing Speed: 25–30 WPM with good accuracy
• Shift Flexibility: Comfortable with night and rotational shifts
• Soft Skills: Good listening skills, patience, empathy, and problem-solving ability
