Job Summary:

We are looking for detail-oriented and analytical Title Search Process Associates to join our growing team. You will be responsible for performing property title searches and analyzing public records to determine ownership, encumbrances, liens, and legal status of properties. This role plays a crucial part in real estate, mortgage, and title insurance transactions.

Key Responsibilities:For Both Freshers and Experienced:

• Perform property title searches using online title plants, public records, and county databases.
• Examine deeds, mortgages, tax records, judgments, and other legal documents to determine title status.
• Identify any clouds on title such as liens, encumbrances, or ownership disputes.
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive title reports and summaries.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., title officers, escrow officers) and external stakeholders when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling sensitive data.

Additional for Experienced Candidates:

• Handle complex title search cases, including commercial or multi-parcel searches.
• Resolve title issues or escalate to senior title officers as needed.
• Mentor and guide junior team members or freshers.
• Ensure compliance with company and industry standards (e.g., ALTA, RESPA).

Required Skills:For Freshers:

• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Basic understanding of real estate/property terminology is a plus.
• Proficiency in using computers, internet-based research tools, and MS Office.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.

For Experienced:

• 1–3+ years of experience in title search, title examination, or a related real estate process.
• Familiarity with U.S. title search standards and terminology.
• Experience using title search platforms (e.g., Data Trace, Netronline, TitlePoint).
• Knowledge of various state-specific title regulations.

Educational Qualifications:

• Freshers: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Real Estate, Law, Business, or related fields preferred).
• Experienced: Same as above + relevant certifications (if any) are a plus.

Shift Timing:

• May require working in U.S. time zones depending on business requirements.
