Process Executive

You will be responsible for managing the hiring process for US and Australia processes. Role Overview: - Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment process for US and Australia processes. - Source potential candidates through various channels. - Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. - Conduct interviews and assess candidates" relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes. - Collaborate with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Manage job postings on job boards and social media platforms. - Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics. - Provide regular updates to the hiring team on the status of open positions. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
