Job Description

As a Process Excellence Specialist at INVOICEMART - A.Treds in Mumbai-Thane location, you will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation and operational efficiency within the organization. A.TREDS Limited, a group company of Axis Bank, operates as a national level online platform facilitating financing of Receivables of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) from buyers through financiers. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Provide consulting support to address strategic and operational business challenges, leading to digital transformation. - Collaborate with both external (customers) and internal (functions and management) stakeholders to drive improvement initiatives. - Identify automation opportunities across end-to-end processes and develop a detailed roadmap for automation and transformation projects. - Stay updated on digital trends and recommend futuristic tools to enhance the platform's competitive advantage. - Own, manage, and implement new initiatives/projects/solutions aimed at Automation/Digitization of internal and external processes related to Onboarding, Transactions, and Settlement. - Work closely with Product/IT teams to design, implement, and drive adoption of automation solutions. - Ensure necessary approvals are obtained from relevant stakeholders in alignment with policies and guidelines. - Assist in the preparation of manuals, process notes, etc., to facilitate quicker adoption of new initiatives/enablers. - Monitor fintech industry trends, identify relevant enablers, and implement them to maintain a competitive edge. - Gather regular customer feedback, evaluate project success, and strategize ways to increase adoption. - Drive transformation projects to diversify the organization into new streams and provide value-added services. **Experience Required:** - Prior experience in leading Business Transformation projects and Process Automation initiatives within the BFSI sector is essential. - Knowledge and experience in the fintech industry will be advantageous. - Experience in launching new products/processes internally/externally is a plus. - Familiarity with Supply Chain business, B2B Lending, and Fintech space. - Proficiency in understanding and utilizing the latest digital trends and tools. - Strong Project Management skills. **Skills Required:** - Technical background with hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. - Understanding of technical aspects such as web servers, application servers, databases, etc. - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. - Excellent Communication Skills. - Aptitude for learning quickly and efficiently. - Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
