Process Software ASPEN, HYSYS, HTRI, KORF, AFT

Experience of process engineering activities in any of the industries such as Fine Chemicals / Specialty Chemicals / Petrochemicals / Refinery / Oil & Gas.

Experience in process design of O&G and Chemical projects in an Conceptual, FEED and EPC environment. Well conversant with latest international codes and standards, process design guidelines, SOPs.

Knowledge of technical Integrity of the Engineering deliverables by use of appropriate, valid and relevant codes, standards, regulatory and statutory requirements.

Experience in PFD and P&ID development, equipment sizing, system hydraulic calculations, safety valve sizing and selection.

Process engineering calculations, preparation and checking of process engineering deliverables, should have clear concept of basics (basic calculation, thumb rule of Chemical Engineering).

Knowledge about the development of process datasheet of vessel, pump, instrument etc.

Possess good knowledge safety meetings such as HAZOP etc

Ensure quality by adherence to company's quality document and regular check of work done by others with inter-disciplinary checks.

Process Simulation tools like HYSYS, Aspen Plus, HTRI, KORF, AFT etc.

• Knowledge of routine software like MS office
