Process Engineer

Role & responsibilities:

• Process / standards evaluation
• Ensures that operators are working according to work instruction
• Shares lessons learned with serial planner
• Interface to process specialist (e.g. for escalation)
• Updates and validates Q-matrix for technical competence in APU

Preferred candidate profile

• Performs (statistical) analysis of production processes
• Analyses interactions between product and process
• Derives improvement measures to improve performance
• Implements, audits and further develops process standards (in particular work plans)
• Supports CIP projects and implements measures
• Evaluates MIP proposals and implements it if necessary
• Participates and supports the A3 problem-solving process
• Implements agreed solutions on process level
• Integrates changes into affected production processes following the lead of serial planning
• Develops lessons learned for plant problems and promotes them across APU
• Feedback on design problems of the product (Lessons learned PEP/FMEA)
