Key Responsibilities: Design and monitor chemical processes for production and safety. Conduct process simulations, mass balance, and energy balance calculations. Implement safety protocols, risk assessments, and process improvements. Work with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations. Prepare technical documentation, reports, and process flow diagrams. Required Qualifications: Strong knowledge of process engineering, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and reaction engineering. Familiarity with process simulation software (Aspen HYSYS, CHEMCAD, MATLAB, etc.). Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Skills (Optional – adjust as needed): Knowledge of HAZOP, PHA, and other safety studies. Exposure to ISO, OSHA, or similar safety standards. What We Offer: Competitive salary package.
