About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to join our team as a Process Documentation and Strategy Lead. This role involves the creation, management, and optimization of process documents, graphic designs, and strategic workflows to ensure the seamless operation of our design and manufacturing production team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in process development within a high-tech or aerospace manufacturing environment, with a strong ability to strategize, visualize, and communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize detailed process documentation for design and manufacturing workflows.
• Create graphics, visual aids, and infographics to simplify complex processes and enhance team understanding.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize and streamline production processes.
• Develop strategic frameworks for scaling production capabilities while ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Arrange, organize, and manage the structure of process documentation repositories for easy access and version control.
• Identify bottlenecks in production workflows and propose actionable solutions.
• Support the team with expertise in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Mentor and guide the production team to adhere to established processes and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process documentation, workflow management, and strategy development in aerospace or similar industries.
• Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, Visio, or similar graphic and documentation tools.
• Strong understanding of eVTOL manufacturing challenges and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Experience with ERP or PLM systems is a plus.
