Role Overview: As a candidate supporting Crisil's client, a Singapore based Asset Manager, your main responsibility will be to assist in maturing Process Management for the client in alignment with their strategic initiatives. You will be involved in designing and executing process management activities, implementing standardization of processes, and collaborating with various departments for process improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Support the vision and roadmap for maturing Process Management for the client - Assist in the design and execution of process management activities by the Process Centre of Excellence - Collaborate with Process Owners, Technology, Data, Risk, and other departments for continuous process improvement - Provide subject matter advice to Process Owners on best practices for Process Design & Governance - Support the PCoE Head in arranging Process Forum meetings and Process Governance & Reporting - Maintain a strong understanding of the client's process universe and dependencies - Serve as the custodian of Process Artefacts by maintaining master lists, updating process documents, and managing document access - Monitor process improvement initiatives Qualifications Required: - A team player who is collaborative and can build trust with a broad range of stakeholders - Strong knowledge and competency of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), process mapping, and supporting tools - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills - Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams - Business knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Distribution, Investments, Finance, and Risk (including Legal & Compliance) - Educated to a bachelor's degree level or equivalent Role Overview: As a candidate supporting Crisil's client, a Singapore based Asset Manager, your main responsibility will be to assist in maturing Process Management for the client in alignment with their strategic initiatives.
