Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Process, MIS & Automation Manager to streamline and digitize our travel operations, client servicing workflows, and internal reporting systems. He will plan how we manage enquiries, bookings, vendor coordination, and post-sale processes through smart automation and structured data insights. Ideal for someone with a passion for travel, technology, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Management – Tailored for Travel

  • Map, document, and standardize travel sales and operations workflows (enquiry to closure, vendor management, client servicing).
  • Create SOPs for itinerary building, quotation process, booking confirmations, invoicing, documentation, and post-travel feedback.
  • Identify process gaps or redundancies in day-to-day operations across FIT, GIT, MICE, and luxury travel verticals.
  • Implement lean and scalable travel processes that improve turnaround time and client satisfaction.

MIS & Reporting

  • Design and manage real-time dashboards for:
  • Enquiry pipeline and conversion funnel
  • Booking volumes and margins
  • Vendor performance and settlement tracking
  • Statutory compliance tracking
  • Automate monthly revenue, collection, and profitability reports across destinations and consultants.
  • Track agent, DMC, and vendor performance via structured reports.

Automation & Tools Implementation

Automate repetitive workflows: quotation generation, itinerary templates, vendor communication, voucher issuance, feedback collection.

  • Integrate CRM , back-office, accounting, and document management systems.
  • Set up workflows to reduce manual dependency.
  • Drive adoption of tools like Client CRM, itinerary builders, payment trackers, and Google Workspace systems.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain a central repository for SOPs, templates, scripts, and vendor agreements.
  • Ensure travel documents (visas, vouchers, insurance, TCS forms) are tracked and delivered accurately and timely.
  • Monitor data governance, privacy, and compliance with evolving travel regulations.

Required Skills:

Technical Proficiency

  • Excel / Google Sheets (advanced formulas, dashboards, scripting)
  • Workflow automation tools
  • Familiarity with CRM systems

Process Thinking

  • Excellent ability to design workflows and eliminate bottlenecks
  • Prior experience in service operations, preferably in travel, hospitality, or events

Interpersonal Skills

  • Strong coordination and communication with travel consultants, ops, finance, and vendors
  • Ability to train and support team adoption of new tools and processes
  • Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Technology, or Travel Management
  • Experience in process improvement, MIS, or automation roles (travel industry preferred)
  • Proven success in implementing digital tools or automation projects
  • Exposure to luxury or experiential travel operations is a bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
